What is the status of my online order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, endota spa online ships exclusively within Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary based on your specific location.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We accept returns for products purchased online within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used beauty products unless they are faulty.
Are endota spa products tested on animals?
No, we are proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, and we ensure our suppliers adhere to the same ethical standards.
Can I use an endota Freedom Gift Card online?
Yes, Freedom Gift Cards can be used to purchase products online at checkout. Simply enter your gift card number and PIN in the payment section. Please note that some promotional vouchers may be restricted to in-spa use only.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Many of our products are safe for use during pregnancy; however, we always recommend consulting with your medical professional. We also offer a specific 'Organics' range designed with gentle, natural ingredients.
